The South Tyrolean cuisine has plenty to offer
Our kitchen has been managed by head chef Angelo and his team for more than 15 years. Angelo is through and through Italian and originates from Ascea in the province of Salerno. He adopted South Tyrol as his home 20 years ago and treats you to light, Mediterranean cuisine combined with South Tyrolean delicacies. We also serve a fine wine from our cellar which contains mainly wines from the South Tyrolean Wine Route. After all, we are located in the wine-growing region of Tramin and Kaltern am See which produces excellent Gewürztraminer, Lagrein or Lake Kaltern Auslese wines.
Our philosophy is quite simple: just as we would like it – personal, sporty, authentic and feeling at home among friends. And this is what we offer our guests; a family atmosphere, everyone knows each other and this for many years already
