Booking regulations, payment and cancellation policy

Payment: You can pay your bill by EC card, Visa or Marstercard. We also accept cash payments up to 1,990.00 euros as well as Business/Commercial Credit Cards such as Bonus Programmes, frequent flyer miles etc. 

Local tax: As of January 1, 2014, a local tax has been introduced in South Tyrol, the income of which is used to maintain infrastructure and public services as well as to finance public sports and cultural events. This local tax is collected per night and guest by the accommodation you book in this area. The amount of this tax is 1.50 euros for adults, while kids and adolescents up to 14 go for free. The local tax is due at departure and is listed separately on your bill. 

Your booking is valid only after receiving a booking confirmation. Bookings and reservations as well as cancellations are accepted only in written form. A deposit of 10% of the total amount is required. 

Check In / Out: Check-in from 2 pm. to 6 pm., check-out until 10 am. In case of arrival after 6 pm., please contact us in advance.

Cancellation policy
Due to the special external circumstances we decided to adapt our cancellation policy as follows: 

• up to 30 days prior to arrival 0% of the arrangement
• 29 - 15 days 20% of the booked arrangement 
• 14 to 3 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booked arrangement; 
• 2-0 days, no-show or early departure 100% of the total amount

Your deposit confirms your reservation and is not refunded in case of an eventual cancellation. Nevertheless we are pleased to issue a voucher in the amount of your deposit, which you can redeem in your next stay. Please contact us via email.
